On booking a non refundable fee the full amount of stay is to be paid by credit card.
In case of unavailability of a credit card, full payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer.
The balance of extra costs on check out.

Cancellation Policy:

A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 7 days before date of arrival. No refund thereafter.

No refund for non refundable fee.

100% charge of booked services

We host children 6 to 12 years old at an additional cost of €50 per child, additional cost over the age of 12 is €100 per person.

Suite Legno can host a maximum of three adults.

Suite Pietra Calda can host a maximum of four adults.
